Your new role

As a Store Manager, you'll be the driving our Nowra stores success. You'll lead a motivated, high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service and sales growth. You'll also oversee store operations and ensure we maintain the highest standards in both performance and presentation.

Duties

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
  • Ensure visual merchandising and stock management are maintained to the highest standard
  • Oversee roster management and control wages
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to hit targets
  • Coach, develop, and mentor your team to achieve their full potential
