Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑spot redirect coaching.
• Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
• Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service in sales and service transactions.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames.

Weekend availability required. Bilingual in Spanish required.
