You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage daily operations, and maintain brand standards across merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention. Strong leadership and customer-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in premium retail.
• Track record of achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
• Strong commercial sense with payroll, expenses, and inventory experience.
• Ability to read sales reports and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and retaining top teams.

• Lead all aspects of store performance, driving sales growth and profitability.

• Recruit and onboard top talent while building future leadership.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and create development plans.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and back-of-house organization for omnichannel sales.
• Ensure visual merchandising and standards reflect the brand and enviroment.
• Build community relationships through events and local engagement.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on new initiatives and launches.
• Lead through change and adapt systems and processes as needed.
