Leap powers insight-driven retail experiences for modern brands and seeks a Store Manager to lead a boutique in Dallas. You will inspire a team, elevate the customer experience, and drive profitability through hands-on leadership and sharp operational execution.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership in premium or lifestyle environments, strong business acumen, and the ability to stand on the sales floor while managing store operations. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership in boutique or premium retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead teams.
• Strong customer service and brand ambassador skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily boutique performance and drive sales, profitability, and KPIs.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to inspire selling behaviors.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate local partnerships and brand presence in the community.
• Ensure brand standards across merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operations.
