Pandora is the world’s leading jewelry brand, dedicated to accessible luxury and self-expression. The Store Manager will lead a dynamic team on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales with passion and brand pride.

You will coach Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, build a high-performing team, ensure visual merchandising and KPI targets are met, and collaborate with HR to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales and exceed store goals while maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand guidelines are executed.
• Partner with HR to address performance issues and policy compliance.
