Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store through a structured leadership training path toward General Manager readiness.
• Facilitate 12+ weeks of leadership training and complete required evaluations and GM certification GO100.
