Job summary

Panda Express in Saint Augustine Beach, FL is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training and a path to General Manager through our GO100 program, with ongoing development and advancement within Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare the store for success as part of Panda's General Manager development path.
• Provide 12+ weeks of leadership training and progress toward GM certification.
