Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express. You will oversee a single location, hire and guide associates, and drive financial results while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Qualifications include a high school diploma, flexibility to work within 50 miles, weekend availability, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support a comprehensive eight or more week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
