• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead daily store activities, supervise team performance, and drive guest satisfaction and store profitability.
• Provide leadership training and development through the store leadership program.
