Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Lockport, IL. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct staff, and aim to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a comprehensive leadership training program of 8+ weeks and mentorship from our Panda community to support your success and growth in the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through Panda’s leadership development programs to prepare for success.
