Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store team, monitor performance, and ensure standards of quality, safety and service are upheld.
