Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to develop our family of associates and support professional growth.

We are committed to mentorship and an environment that helps you succeed. As a Store Manager, you will oversee a single store’s operations, hire and direct associates to reach financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates toward financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service.
• Provide leadership and mentorship, including an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
