Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a Panda Express store in Illinois. You will hire and supervise staff, drive financial results, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role includes a formal leadership training pathway designed to prepare you for promotion to General Manager.

The company offers extensive training, mentorship, and a broad benefits package. This position is based at a Panda Express location with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Manage operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing associates to meet financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team as part of leadership training towards General Manager path.
• Participate in 12+ weeks of leadership training with GO100 GM certification track.
