Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Huntington Beach, CA.

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and direct team members, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. External hires begin their leadership journey with a comprehensive 12+ week training program, with GO100 GM certification and a path to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in Panda's leadership development path toward General Manager.
• Complete the 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GM certification GO100.
