Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Drive hiring, training and development through a leadership program to prepare for GM progression.
• Provide hands-on leadership and ensure adherence to Panda standards and safety policies.
