Panda Restaurant Group in Escondido, CA, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey through our Store Manager development path with 12+ weeks of hands-on training. After graduation, you may progress toward General Manager with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to meet goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead training and development through the leadership program.
• Support progression toward General Manager role.
