You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and receive a comprehensive benefits package, including meal benefits, insurance, and a 401(k) match. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts across a 50-mile radius and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand long periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in leadership development and training programs.
