Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Michigan. You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to meet financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and comprehensive development to support your success and growth into management positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure store success and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
