Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operation of a single store. You will hire, train, and supervise teammates, drive sales and guest satisfaction, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all standards.

The role includes ownership of the P&L, scheduling, coaching, and implementing local marketing initiatives. Panda offers an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• It's up to you to make your store a success.
• We provide 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training to prepare you for success.
