Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Overland Park, KS. You will oversee the store's operation, hire and lead associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial goals.

A structured leadership training program provides a clear path toward General Manager and ongoing leadership development. The role includes work across opening/closing shifts, a strong emphasis on safety and team growth, and a supportive Panda community focused on

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opens/closes, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead leadership development and career progression toward GM path.
• Participate in 12+ weeks of leadership training and GO100 certification.
