The role includes 12+ weeks of training, a clear progression to General Manager, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time on-site leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• External hires begin as Store Manager as part of GM development path and leadership training.
