Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and readiness to work openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store through an eight+ week leadership training program and ongoing development.
• Drive store performance by delivering quality guest service and maintaining food safety standards.
