Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You’ll hire, manage and coach a team to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

This role requires a high school diploma, willingness to relocate within 50 miles, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Safety certification is required.

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, direct and develop staff; ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
