Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Illinois. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained and staff are trained.
