Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of a single Panda Express location in Illinois. You will hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, a generous compensation package with bonus opportunities, and a full benefits lineup including health, dental, vision and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to the team and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
