Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Martinsburg, WV. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and coach associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed and grow within the Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
