Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in the local area. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program and a comprehensive benefits package to full-time associates, with opportunities for career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Drive and support the store leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for success.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
