Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Grain Valley, MO. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals, and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

To prepare you for success, we provide an eight-week leadership training program, hands-on paid training, ongoing career and leadership development, plus mentorship and support from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct store associates to hit financial goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
• Complete an 8+ week store leadership training program.
