Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Missouri. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Successful candidates will complete a 3+ week leadership training program and join a growing team that offers paid training, mentorship, and a robust benefits package including medical and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and support store success.
• Complete the 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
