Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location in Frisco, TX. You will hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.
• Oversee daily operations to meet standards and drive store performance.
