Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our Frisco, TX store management team. You will help run a single store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate training and development through the leadership program provided by Panda; support store leadership to drive results.
