• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train and supervise associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Direct daily operations and ensure standards, safety and quality controls.
• Lead the 8+ weeks leadership training and mentorship program for personal development.
