Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a single Panda Express store and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role includes front-line leadership, staffing, training, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will participate in an eight-plus week leadership training program and have opportunities to grow into higher management roles within Panda Restaurant Group.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring and directing associates to meet goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain financial performance.
• Oversee store leadership training and ongoing development programs.
