Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location in Chesapeake, VA. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with ongoing development and career growth opportunities across the Panda network.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and operations.
• Oversee training and development through the store leadership program and ongoing career advancement opportunities.
