You’ll undergo an eight-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for ongoing store management and career growth within our brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for future growth.
