Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success.

We provide an 8+ weeks store leadership training program and mentorship from our Panda community to support your success. Must be flexible to move within 50 miles, have a high school diploma, and be Serve Safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor team; ensure safety, quality, and operational standards; drive guest satisfaction and store performance.
