Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program. Desired background includes a high school diploma, flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius, willingness to work weekends, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling and mobility are required.
• Serve Safe certified is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of a single Panda Express store.
