Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and develop store staff; ensure execution of company standards and procedures.
• Participate in a leadership training program and ongoing career development for store management.
