Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store with responsibility for hiring, coaching, and guiding associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and receive comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and coaching associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead store, drive performance, and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
• Provide hands-on leadership and participate in leadership training programs to develop skills for future growth.
