You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for career growth within Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and a focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Provide ongoing leadership development and coaching to store team members.
