Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Round Rock, TX to lead a single store’s operation and drive guest satisfaction and financial results. You’ll hire, supervise, and develop team members and execute a rigorous leadership training program.

The role includes shifts, performance coaching, inventory control, and budget adherence, with ongoing leadership development and career growth opportunities within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a single Panda store and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage scheduling and performance; ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Implement leadership training programs and support career growth within the Panda organization.
