Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store in Round Rock, TX. You will hire, supervise, and guide team members to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences, while participating in a multi-week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Support ongoing leadership development and career growth.
