Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participates in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
