As a Store Manager, you oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store; manage and direct associates.
• Hire, coach and supervise staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
