Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will hire, coach and direct associates, and oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, opportunities for growth into management, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/vision/dental insurance, 401K with company match, and pre-tax flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store. This includes hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and train team members; ensure timely execution and consistency of service.
• Oversee daily store operations and drive a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Participate in an eight+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
