Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location in California. You will hire, coach and direct associates to reach financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and coaching team members.
• Drive achievement of financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
