Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Fremont, CA. You will hire, mentor and supervise staff, drive financial results and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A comprehensive store leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

You will manage daily operations, schedule flexibility, and food safety standards, with opportunities for growth into higher-level management roles and ongoing development programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring guest experiences.
• Oversee training and development of store team through the leadership program.
• Lead the store to success with safe, efficient and guest-focused operations.
