Job summary

Panda Express in the United States is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operation of a single store, recruiting and directing associates to reach financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We offer 8+ weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing development with opportunities for growth into higher management. Full-time associates receive medical, vision, dental, 401K with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service and store performance.
