Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for success.
