Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Complete an 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
• Provide mentorship and leadership development to staff.
